WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress so you are comfortable and can move easily. Sweat pants, athletic shorts and yoga gear work great! I suggest wearing a tighter fitting top so it doesn't fall in you face during downward dog and other inverted poses.
WHICH CLASS IS FOR ME?
All of my classes are tailored to fit all levels and fitness-abilities. If you want to sweat and challenge yourself, try a Power Vinyasa or Yin class. If you need to relax and unwind, try something Restorative or a Grounded Vinyasa.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE LESSON?
Yes. You can book a private lesson in park with me! I have mats and props for a group of 8. It cost $45 an hour for one person, an additional $5 per person.

The Wellness Pursuit is a day-long event aimed towards getting people information and connections to health and wellness businesses. We bring in guest speakers and instructors to teach about the different avenues and dimensions to our health and wellness and ways to improve or break your unhealthy habits. Instead of telling you things to avoid, we want to give you as many options as possible to add to your life.
