About Renee

Renee is a small-town girl from central Wisconsin with a mission to live healthy, well and in gratitude. She’s motivated and resilient, while balancing her health and wellness with a busy life.

 

She became certified as a Power Vinyasa instructor the Summer of 2016. In Spring of 2023, Renee became certified as a personal trainer. She enjoys working with people to improve daily living and everyday functioning. She calls herself a "Movement Coach" and is ready to work with you!

Do you struggle with daily activities like walking up and down stairs or lifting your arms overhead? When was the last time you woke up ready to start your day, and didn't feel stiff and sore? Are there activities you avoid due to physical health limitations?

Combining her experience from nearly a decade of guiding yoga and as an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Renee can design a program to reach your goals.

HOW IT WORKS:
Schedule a consultation to discuss limitations, goals and current health conditions. You can choose to work 1:1 in person or virtually, or to have Renee design a workout plan specific to you, to be completed at your own time.

FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress so you are comfortable and can move easily. Sweat pants, athletic shorts and yoga gear work great! I suggest wearing a tighter fitting top so it doesn't fall in you face during downward dog and other inverted poses.

WHICH CLASS IS FOR ME?

All of my classes are tailored to fit all levels and fitness-abilities. If you want to sweat and challenge yourself, try a Power Vinyasa or Yin class. If you need to relax and unwind, try something Restorative or a Grounded Vinyasa.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE LESSON?

Yes, you can book a private session or for a group session with your friends, family or coworkers.
